Firmware Upgrade

All Hornet devices can update internal firmware (software) wirelessly.

There are many ways to upgrade the firmware of Hornet devices.

Normal Firmware Upgrade

Press (Upgrade) button on the bottom of “Device Config” screen.

If there is an upgrade version of the firmware, the system will prompt the user to start upgrading.

If there is no upgrade version found, the user can choose to check new versions from our server.

Recovery Upgrade

If for any reason the firmware is damaged, users still have an option to recover the firmware through “Recovery Mode”.

To get started, navigate to “Add New Device”, then choose “Recover Old Device”.
